My guardian angel,
My well-wisher, he is no magical being
He is no supernatural occurrence, or the vessel of an angel
He is an ordinary person like any other,
With a name as common as every other –
But he is my angel, my guardian
Who has my back, he supports me, guides me;
And without my knowledge removes all the thorns in my path,
Who before my prayers, grants me my every wish.
He is sent by God just for me,
To others he is just another face in the crowd – another Jack, John or Joe
But to me he is my miracle, my counselor –
He is my teacher, who always looks out for me,
And will forever reside in my heart,
He is part of the crowd but in that crowd is the only face in which I find solace –
He is My Guardian Angel.
